About The Position

Under direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, assists the nursing staff in performing routine nursing care duties, and to provide assistance in the care of patients and their environments. Requirements

Graduation from high school and six (6) months of clinical experience.
Valid Certification by the State of Nevada Board of Nursing as a Nursing Assistant.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Current UMC Employee
Minimum of one (1) year of recent (within the last 3 years), documented CNA experience in an Acute Care Setting.

Nice To Haves

Minimum one (1) year recent (within the last 3 years), documented wound/burn care CNA experience
