Assists in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional and spiritual programs, in accordance with the patient's assessment and care plan, and as directed by the Supervisor. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized recreation programs, and working cooperatively with an interdisciplinary team to enhance resident well-being. The position requires documenting resident progress, performing quality assurance, and contributing to policy development within the Recreation Services department.
