About The Position
Tower Lodge Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, hands-on care to residents. We are one of New Jersey’s premier providers of long-term care, skilled nursing, and rehabilitation services, committed to delivering care in a warm, family-like environment. We are currently looking for Full-time & Part-time CNAs, across all shifts.
Requirements
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of New Jersey
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Occasional weekend shifts may be required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Document care provided in accordance with facility policies and procedures
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure continuity of care
