About The Position
American Senior Communities is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents at Arbor Grove Village. CNAs help create a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. The role includes assisting residents with activities of daily living, offering companionship and reassurance, and collaborating with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care. Full-time evening and night shifts are available; full-time and part-time benefits may vary.
Requirements
- Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
- Show a strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
