Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) – required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) – required

Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and report changes in patient condition
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding, ambulation)
- Observe and report abnormal physical, mental, or emotional changes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
- Support nursing staff with patient care and unit workflow
- Document care in accordance with hospital standards
- Participate in required education, competency validation, and performance improvement activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
