About The Position
Buckingham Heights, LLC, a memory care community, is hiring a Certified Nursing Aide to care for its residents. The role is suited to candidates who are patient, empathetic, prompt, dedicated, and genuinely interested in helping others. Newly certified candidates are welcome. The position is full-time, with a 7 a.m.–3 p.m. schedule. The employer offers a shift differential for overnight shifts and a $3.00 weekend shift premium. Compensation is competitive and based on experience, with two pay increases per year. Dayforce Wallet allows employees to access pay on their terms.
Requirements
- CNA certification.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Patience, empathy, promptness, dedication, and a genuine desire to care for others.
