About The Position

Regent Park Rehabilitation & Healthcare is hiring Certified Nurse Aides, Nursing Assistants (CNA) for full-time positions. We are a 5-star rated Skilled Nursing and Long-term Care Facility in Wichita, providing the latest innovations in environment, amenities, and services for after-hospital rehabilitation and long-term skilled nursing care. Requirements

• Must have a current CNA license in the state of Kansas.
• Must have excellent time management skills and be able to work on deadlines.
• Must be able to maintain a courteous, friendly, and helpful attitude with residents, visitors and co-workers at all times.
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs.
• Pre-employment drug screen is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous job experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
• Performs other nursing duties as assigned by nursing management.
• Creates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment.
• Always exercises courtesy whenever residents, family members and visitors are present.
• Demonstrates pride in Regent Park by keeping areas clean and safe.
• Demonstrates ongoing responsibility and commitment through good attendance and by being on time to work.
• Respects the privacy and dignity of residents.
