About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care to medically fragile pediatric patients in their homes. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
Current Georgia Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) certification
Current CPR certification
Current TB test documentation
Valid state-issued identification
Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions
Ability to accurately document patient care activities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Demonstrate professionalism, dependability, and a positive attitude
Must submit a resume to be considered for this position

Responsibilities

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Perform range-of-motion exercises and mobility assistance as directed.
Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse.
Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
Follow all agency policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment.
Support the delivery of patient-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and independence.
