About The Position

The candidate must be able to use a Hoyer lift.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• Active CNA license (state‑specific)
• Current First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain—employer‑paid)
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift/transfer clients
• Basic computer/app skills for charting and communication
• Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy

Nice To Haves

• Ability to use a Hoyer lift

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
• Help with range‑of‑motion exercises, walking, and physician‑directed therapy routines.
• Check vital signs, track fluid/food intake, and report changes promptly.
• Remind clients to take medications as ordered and document compliance.
• Prepare nutritious meals, perform light housekeeping, run errands, and offer friendly companionship.
• Follow all infection‑control and fall‑prevention protocols.
• Keep accurate EMR notes via our easy‑to‑use app.
