Requirements

An active Rhode Island CNA License (Required).
You embody our core values: Compassion, Resourcefulness, Integrity, and an Elite Work Ethic.
High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to serve clients in your surrounding county.
Basic computer skills for effortless reporting and communication.
You are a "cheerful communicator" who thrives with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Providing Clinical Support: Assisting with mobility, physical therapy exercises, and medication reminders.
Mastering Personal Care: High-touch assistance with hygiene, dressing, and daily living.
Being the Eyes and Ears: Monitoring nutrition and vital observations to ensure client safety.
Building Real Bonds: Providing the emotional and social support that defines the ASQ experience.
