If you are looking to make a difference in the lives and families that we serve, we are looking for a full-time and part-time, every other weekend (40 hours/per week and benefit eligible) Certified Nurse’s Aide to join our skilled workforce.
Requirements
- Minimum of one-year experience in a skilled nursing facility.
Responsibilities
- Care for residents in long term and short term rehab.
- Provide assistance in activities of daily living, serving meals, feeding, bathing, ambulating, turning and positioning.
- Maintain patient stability, recording intake and output of patients.
- Provide comfort and care utilizing resources and materials, transporting patients, answering call lights and requests promptly, reporting observations of your patient to the nurse supervisor.
- Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.
- Maintains work operations by following proper policies and procedures.
- Serves the facility and protects by adhering to professional standards, federal, state and local standards.
- Participates in all educational requirements.
- Provide a warm and caring attitude toward patients and residents assigned.
- Maintains all resident and patient information confidential.
