Requirements
- Current Washington State CNA or HCA credential preferred
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and responsibly
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass background check and medical clearance requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care for seniors in the comfort of their homes
- Assist with personal care, dressing, grooming, and daily routines
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Provide transportation to appointments, shopping, and community outings
- Monitor client well-being and communicate important changes
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
