About The Position

Human Touch Home Care in the Colorado area is currently looking for CNAs. The role involves providing personal care for the Agency's patients. As a caregiving professional, you will provide quality home-based personal care and other related services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures. You will function under the supervision, direction, and instruction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and in accordance with an approved Plan of Care, complying with federal, state, and local guidelines for all services.

Requirements

• Must have a current Colorado State CNA License.
• CNA Certification (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care for the Agency's patients.
• Provides quality home-based personal care and other related services in accordance with established agency policies and procedures.
• Functions under the supervision, direction, and instruction of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and in accordance with an approved Plan of Care.
• Complies with federal, state, and local guidelines for all services.
• Personal Care Assistance: bathing, eating, dressing, hygiene, mobility, exercise.
• Household Care: housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, dietary aide.
• Companionship: conversation, reminders.
