This role offers a full scope midwifery model, expanding services with virtual health, extended hour opportunities, perinatal mental health support, plans to add waterbirth, and offering group prenatal care. Academic/research opportunities are also available.

Requirements

• Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) with an active North Carolina license (or ability to obtain)
• Board Certification by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nurse Midwifery from an accredited program
• Valid North Carolina RN and CNM licenses
• DEA License
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Responsibilities

• See patients in a combination of both inpatient and outpatient setting.
• Provide full scope midwifery care.
• Expand services with virtual health.
• Offer group prenatal care.
