About The Position
Established women's health practice is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing comprehensive maternity and gynecologic care in an outpatient and hospital-based setting.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Midwife
- Active state licensure
- Experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
- Experience providing prenatal, postpartum, labor and delivery, and gynecologic care
- Strong clinical judgment with the ability to recognize and manage urgent and emergent situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to patient care
- Flexibility to participate in varied schedules, including nights and weekends as needed
Responsibilities
- Managing prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care
- Assisting with surgical procedures
- Educating patients
- Coordinating individualized treatment plans
- Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
