Midwives at Mayo Clinic believe that every patient deserves a midwife as part of their care and strive to support their patients in a holistic, whole person way while working with the first-class medical care that is available in the Mayo enterprise. Mayo Clinic midwives provide antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum care to women delivering at Mayo Clinic’s flagship location in Rochester, Minnesota. Midwives provide prenatal care through in-person and telehealth visits expanding access to services based on patient preference. As a unit, obstetric team members assist in the delivery of more than 2,400 babies each year. During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.
