Requirements

• Previous experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife
• Active and unrestricted CNM license
• CNM board certification
• Current DEA certification

Nice To Haves

• Florida residency preferred with a current Florida license
• Spanish or Creole language skills preferred, not mandatory
