About The Position
Providence Healthcare of Thomaston is hiring a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to work in short-term rehabilitation and long-term care. Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the CNA uses a general understanding of nursing principles and basic physical assessment skills to help develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans and ensure customers’ needs are met. The CNA performs customer-care activities and related nonprofessional services essential to customers’ personal needs and comfort.
Requirements
- Successfully completed a State-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and implement individualized Nursing Care Plans.
- Perform customer-care activities and related nonprofessional services to support customers’ personal needs and comfort.
