About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) incorporate the organization’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” They develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs and assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation. The role provides exemplary care ranging from basic needs and activities of daily living to recreational activities, and helps create a safe environment for resident care.

This is a full-time, non-exempt NOC shift position scheduled Friday through Monday, 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. The pay range is $20 to $24.50 per hour, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant certificate.

Nice To Haves

• Prior CNA or caregiving experience is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Learn about residents’ interests and needs.
• Assist residents in maximizing their independence and participation.
• Provide care for residents, including support with basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities.
• Help create a safe environment for resident care.
