HumanGood is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join the Skilled Nursing Team at Royal Oaks in Duarte, CA. The CNA will actively incorporate the "Philosophy for Person-Directed Care," developing awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assisting residents in maximizing their independence and participation by providing exemplary care. This includes assisting with basic needs, activities of daily living, and recreational activities, while also helping to create a safe environment for resident care.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- BLS and First Aid certification
Nice To Haves
- Prior SNF experience preferred
Responsibilities
