About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening in May 2026 and is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant to join their team. This role involves assisting professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in an assigned area. The Certified Nurse Assistant will help patients with activities of daily living, provide personal care, offer emotional support, and perform more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel. The hospital features 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• Completion of course for nursing assistants.
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• Minimum six months’ experience
