Float Certified Nurse Assistant
About The Position
Las Ventanas, a Human Good Community located in Las Vegas - Nevada - Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) actively incorporate our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” You would develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs, and assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. You would help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care. This is a true Float Position that floats between the Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Support.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant certificate or currently enrolled in program
- Prior CNA or caregiving experience preferred
- New grads are welcome!
Responsibilities
- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation by providing exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
- Float between the Health Center, Assisted Living, and Memory Support.
