SPR (CNA) Certified Nurse Assistant
About The Position
Our Springfield, MA office is currently hiring in-home Caregivers to work as Companions or Personal Care Providers. Enjoy the freedom to build a schedule that works for you. Assist clients with personal care, including hygiene, dressing, and meals. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home. Run errands such as grocery shopping and household needs. Prepare meals with client assistance. Provide medication reminders. Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.). Monitor and report any changes or unusual incidents. Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Willingness to follow health and safety guidelines
- No prior experience required - training provided
