About The Position
Regional West Health Services, an independent, integrated health care delivery system based in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, is seeking Certified Nurse Assistants for the Medical Surgical Unit. The role provides patient care while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture. It offers new and experienced CNAs support and varied experience within the medical field. A conditional job offer is contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment drug test and background checks. A Physical Capacity Profile may be required for some positions.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be certified as a Nursing Assistant in the State of Nebraska.
- Maintain American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist the RN with patient admissions, dismissals, and transfers.
- Document patient observations, data collection, interventions, and care.
- Exhibit awareness of the needs of a diverse customer population.
