We have full-time & part-time shifts available. CNS employees work in the privacy of each patient’s home allowing you more time one-on-one to get to know your patient and provide quality care. This support also empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.
Requirements
- Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide
- Valid Driver’s License
- CPR/First Aide Certification
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Clearances The following background checks are conducted: Criminal background, Drug Screening/TB Test, Driving Record, OIG Exclusion List, Sex Offender Registry

- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the assigned client(s) with Daily Living Activities including but not limited to: Ambulation, exercise, personal care, homemaker services, dietary needs and other daily life activities.
- Report changes in client’s condition and needs and complete appropriate records.
- Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients.
- Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
