About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. This position assists professional nursing personnel in providing patient care in an assigned area. The role involves assisting patients with activities of daily living, providing personal care, emotional support, and performing more complex clinical skills under the direction of professional nursing personnel.

Requirements

• Completion of course for nursing assistants
• Current Nursing Assistant Certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• Minimum six months’ experience
