About The Position
Trinity Health Senior Communities is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for its Resource Team float pool in Southeast Michigan. The CNA supports residents across multiple senior living communities, providing compassionate, high-quality, resident-centered care where needed. The position offers flexible scheduling and premium pay, with no mandatory weekends or holidays.
Requirements
- Current Michigan Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Minimum one year of CNA experience.
- At least one year of experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or skilled rehabilitation facility.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to travel to Trinity Health Senior Communities locations throughout Southeast Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and restorative care.
- Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate documentation.
- Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care while supporting residents, families, and team members.
