Requirements

• Valid CT CNA license
• 6 months experience as a CNA
• Physical exam within the past 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
• Fingerprints on file with CT DOPH (we pay for this process if needed
