Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Colorado State Certified Nursing Assistant License
• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• 3 – 6 months experience in a long-term care preferred.
• A heart for service and a sense of humor never hurt!
• Experience in personal care or caregiving (or a strong desire to learn)
• A team-player mindset and a warm, respectful attitude

Responsibilities

• Helping residents with grooming, dressing, and getting ready for the day
• Building real relationships and learning what matters most to each person
• Accurately documenting care and communicating changes with your team
• Practicing safety and infection control with care and diligence
• Pitching in with a smile—whatever the day brings!
