About The Position
We are looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team and provide quality care and support to our patients/residents.
Requirements
- Must have a clean MVR
- Reliable, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Nice To Haves
- Experience not required but strongly preferred
- CPR certification preferred or required
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
Responsibilities
- Assist patients/residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Assist with meals and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Take and record vital signs as required
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Provide compassionate emotional and social support
- Follow care plans and instructions from nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals
