Requirements
- CNA: Current state certification
- Current CPR certification (hands-on)
- TB test within the last 12 months
- Physical Exam
Responsibilities
- Take and accurately record clients’ vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Document care provided, client observations, and treatments accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients.
- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and established standards of care.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
