About The Position

Always Best Care of Rock Hill is seeking dedicated In-Home Caregivers for the Rock Hill Area. We have opportunities for twelve-hour shifts (8a-8p and 8p-8a) in Tega Cay and Rock Hill. As a caregiver, you will work with clients to help them age in place, significantly impacting their daily lives. This role involves assisting with bathing and dressing, preparing nutritious meals, ensuring medication adherence, running errands, maintaining a clean and safe living environment, and assisting with mental and physical exercises to improve health and reduce fall risk.

Requirements

• Experience with caring for Elderly and disabled people.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver license and auto insurance.
• Must have a clean background record and be able to pass a drug screen.
• Must be dependable and have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to perform all aspects of the job without any limitations.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients helping them with day-to-day activities so that they can age in place.
• Assisting clients with bathing and dressing.
• Preparing nutritious meals for clients.
• Ensuring clients are taking their medications.
• Running errands for clients.
• Helping with light housekeeping to ensure their environment is clean and safe.
• Assisting clients with mental and physical exercises designed to help them improve their health and reduce the risk of fall.
