Requirements

Valid certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
Support patients with mobility and ensure safety during transfers.
Provide patients with emotional support and companionship.
Follow established care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals.
Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including regular infection control measures.
Document patient observations, activities, and changes in condition.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, clarify care instructions, and answer questions.
Follow applicable health and safety regulations and protocols.
