About The Position
The Nursing Department on the Manhattan Campus is seeking a full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift. This role involves direct resident/patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, with the goal of maximizing resident independence in Activities of Daily Living (ADL). The shift hours are 11:30 pm to 7:30 am, and all CNAs are required to work every other weekend.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
- Full-time availability.
- Willingness to work the night shift (11:30 pm to 7:30 am).
- Willingness to work every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Performs direct resident/patient care.
- Assists residents/patients in attaining the highest possible level of functioning in all Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
- Aims to maximize resident/patient independence.
