About The Position
Helen Newberry Joy Hospital & Healthcare Center is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for long-term care. The position is based in Newberry, Michigan, and is full-time, working 12-hour night shifts with rotating weekends and holidays. The hourly pay range is $19.11–$23.86. Requirements
- CNA certification for the State of Michigan.
- Current BLS certification.
- Familiarity with medical terminology.
- Ability to demonstrate competency in required skills.
- Understanding and implementation of patient rights.
- Ability to be courteous, diplomatic, and tactful when interacting with others.
- Ability to remain calm, follow directions, and function effectively during emergent, urgent, or unexpected events.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
