About The Position

Priority Management seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to support residents’ care and recovery with dedication and compassion. The role assists residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity, while helping maintain their safety and providing a supportive, protective environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Current Nurse Aide certification and good standing with the State of Texas Nurse Aide Registry.
Ability to understand, remember, and carry out verbal and written instructions in English.
Ability to speak clearly and hear well enough to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

Help residents with activities of daily living to promote independence and dignity.
Assure resident safety.
Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress residents appropriately, and provide nail care to assigned residents.
Follow the resident assignment schedule established by the charge nurse.
Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
Answer call lights in a timely manner.
Assist residents with eating or feed them.
Keep residents clean and dry, including toileting and providing incontinent care.
Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
