What would you do as a CNA As a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Copeland Oaks, you will be responsible for providing essential daily care to our Assisted Living residents. Your day-to-day expectations will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. You will monitor and document vital signs, report any changes in residents' health to nursing staff, and help maintain a clean and safe environment. Additionally, you will support residents with mobility assistance and participate in recreational activities, fostering a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. Communication with residents, their families, and team members is vital to ensuring personalized care and addressing individual needs effectively. Collaborating with nurses and other caregivers will be essential to delivering high-quality support and promoting resident dignity and respect throughout their daily routines.
