Requirements

• Valid CNA certification
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport with residents and their families

Responsibilities

• Provide essential direct care to our residents, helping to improve or maintain their abilities as outlined in their individualized plans of care.
• Actively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transferring, verbal prompts, physical support, or more extensive help when required.
• Seek the assistance of the Wellness Director when faced with uncertainties regarding assignments, procedures, or situations.
• Deliver compassionate and high-quality care to foster an environment of kindness, respect, and dignity for all residents, enhancing their overall well-being and quality of life.
