About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to provide peace of mind and professionalism during the quiet hours of the night. This role is crucial in ensuring the dignity, safety, and attentive care of our residents during overnight shifts.
Requirements
- Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a valid Kansas certification
- Must have CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and attentive overnight
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and repositioning
- Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the licensed nursing staff
- Provide support with toileting, transfers, and mobility
- Maintain a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required
- Respond to call lights and ensure resident comfort during overnight hours
- Communicate respectfully with residents and work collaboratively with overnight team members
- Adhere to infection control policies and follow all safety procedures
