About The Position
La Vita Bella Home Health is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides to join our team. As a CNA, you will provide essential nursing care and support within the comfort of our clients' homes, helping to enhance their quality of life with professionalism and empathy.
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Reliable Transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to pass drug screen
- Ability to pass a Criminal Background Screening
- Valid driver's license
- Valid Car Registration
- Valid Car Insurance listing the applicant as an insured driver
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing assistance including vital signs monitoring, medication reminders, and basic nursing care
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility
- Observe and report changes in client conditions to nursing staff and supervisors
- Offer emotional support and companionship to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for clients
