About The Position

Mirador Retirement Community is seeking compassionate caregivers to make a difference in the lives of seniors. The role involves assisting residents with daily living activities, providing emotional support, documentation, teamwork, and participating in community events. This position is ideal for individuals who bring joy, dignity, and high-quality care.

Requirements

Current CNA certification (Texas)
A heart for service and a team spirit
Passion for elder care and building meaningful connections
Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program
Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification
High school graduate or equivalent is desired

Nice To Haves

One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities
