About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to provide care and support to residents during the overnight hours, ensuring their dignity, safety, and well-being.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) with a valid Kansas certification
• Must have CPR certification
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and attentive overnight

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care needs such as hygiene, grooming, and repositioning
• Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the licensed nursing staff
• Provide support with toileting, transfers, and mobility
• Maintain a clean, safe, and restful environment for residents
• Document care provided and maintain accurate records as required
• Respond to call lights and ensure resident comfort during overnight hours
• Communicate respectfully with residents and work collaboratively with overnight team members
• Adhere to infection control policies and follow all safety procedures
