As a new Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) at The Gardens at Quail Springs, you'll start your day by assisting residents with their daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing. You'll work closely with the nursing staff to ensure that each resident receives personalized care with empathy and patience. Throughout your shift, you'll document vital signs, changes in condition, and care provided to residents. You'll also help with mealtimes, ensuring that residents are well-nourished and comfortable. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be crucial as you provide support to residents and their families. Requirements

6-12 months of experience in the healthcare industry.
CNA certification.
Fluency in English and ability to interpret essential documents.

Nice To Haves

Experience in Assisted Living and Memory Care.
Completion of 12 hours of continuing education provided through community in-services.

Responsibilities
