As a member of the Health Support Center (HSC) team, you’ll support those that are in our facilities who are interfacing and providing care to our patients and community members to positively impact our mission of making communities healthier ®. Requirements

• Current state NA I license
• Completed NA course from an accredited school
• Basic Life Support certification is required

Nice To Haves

• One year of experience preferred
• Compassionate nursing assistant with a deep understanding of long-term care, with a focus on patient enrichment
