About The Position

ProHealth Rehabilitation Hospital of Wisconsin is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) for their Rehabilitation unit. This is a PRN position with a schedule requiring one weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and one weekday every 6 weeks, plus one Lifepoint recognized holiday in a calendar year. The hospital is a state-of-the-art, 40-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation facility, a partnership between ProHealth Care and Lifepoint Rehabilitation. They focus on providing customized, individualized rehabilitation for patients recovering from various conditions including stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury. Requirements

• Completion of course for nursing assistants
• Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant
• CPR/BCLS certification required within 7 days of hire

Nice To Haves

• Six months of experience in an acute or long-term facility

Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff with patients’ personal care, emotional support, and activities of daily living.
• Performs more complex duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel.
