About The Position
Compassion That Matters At Azura Living Azura is looking for a compassionate reliable Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care and comfort to patients at end of life. Purpose driven work that truly makes a difference.
Requirements
- State approved Hospice Aide CNA training 75 plus hours
- CPR certified
- Age 18 plus
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Comfortable with end of life care
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living needs including bathing dressing grooming light housekeeping and mobility support
- Monitor and report changes in condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Offer respite care for family caregivers
- Follow individualized care plans created by the clinical team
