About The Position
Shottenkirk Nissan Katy is seeking a skilled Certified Nissan Service Technician to join our team in Katy, TX. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Nissan vehicles with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be a certified Nissan Service Technician or possess equivalent ASE certifications.
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with knowledge of Nissan vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance and repairs on Nissan vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical systems using appropriate tools and technology.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and dealership policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and service advisors regarding vehicle conditions and necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed.
- Stay current with Nissan service bulletins and technical updates.
