About The Position
Bishop Spencer Place is seeking a Certified Medical Technician Nursing Assistant (CMT) who is passionate about patient care and helping others. Requirements
- Certified Medical Technician Nursing Assistant (CMT) certification.
- Less than 1 year of applicable experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, organize, and carry out resident care plans.
- Provide medication administration.
- Assist residents with daily living activities in assisted living.
- Provide resident care and report resident information/needs to the charge nurse.
- Answer resident calls and requests for assistance.
- Serve food and beverages to ensure proper resident nutrition.
- Assist residents in mobility and transport activities.
- Collaborate with other health care team members to enhance the provision of resident care.
- Support resident safety and satisfaction by performing regular rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service.
