Requirements

Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification in the state of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift, push, and pull
Ability to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Administer medications to residents as directed by the physician and according to established protocols
Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff and physicians
Maintain accurate and detailed records of medication administration and resident care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement personalized care plans
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
