Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
1-year related experience in a medical environment preferred
Must be certified as a Medication Technician in the state within which services are provided
Current CPR Certification
Must maintain their SRNA certification
This position is available only to those who reside in the United States.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision
Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and behavior; report abnormalities
Participate in audits, training sessions, and staff onboarding processes
Maintain medication supplies, medical equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance
Float between units, assist team members, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards
Assist in training new staff, attend team meetings, and support overall clinical operations
Equipment handling, supply management, and floating to various patient care areas as needed
